  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (if applicable).

5. Pre-Orders

From time to time, Oautica Wave may offer select products through pre-orders prior to manufacturing or release.

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay in full at checkout and understand that shipping timelines may vary.

  • All pre-order sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on pre-orders unless a defective or incorrect item is delivered.

  • If there is a significant delay in production or fulfillment, you will be notified with an updated delivery estimate.

Pre-orders help us produce gear in intentional, limited batches and deliver the highest quality possible.

We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of all products. However, colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or minor production adjustments. We are not responsible for minor variances between the product shown and the product received.
