Jordyn Tyson is a rising star in Arizona State's football team, playing as a wide receiver. Born on August 12, 2004, in Allen, Texas, Tyson began his collegiate career at the University of Colorado Boulder before transferring to Arizona State University .

Tyson's impressive skills on the field have earned him numerous accolades. In 2022, he played nine games for Colorado, recording 22 receptions for 470 yards and five touchdowns . His outstanding performance against Arizona State that year earned him Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, Offensive Player, and Special Teams Player of the Week honors .

After transferring to Arizona State, Tyson faced a setback due to an ACL injury, playing only three games in 2023 . However, he made a remarkable comeback in 2024, posting 75 catches for 1,101 yards and 10 scores, becoming the team's most potent aerial weapon . His impressive stats include 50 receptions for 732 yards and six scores in his last six games played in 2024 .

Tyson's achievements have been recognized with several awards, including Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year, First-team All-Big 12, and AP All-American honors  . He has also announced his decision to return to Arizona State for the 2025 season .
